Absolute Wireless is the largest Sprint retailer in Tennessee and we have been servicing our clients here in Tennessee for over 14 years. We are staffing up due to a new location and we are getting busier in our current locations. Experience in wireless in not a must as we can teach you all you need to know about phones. You would need to have at least 1 year of customer service and / or sales. We do have quotas and sales goals that must be hit but in turn you are paid good commission rates in addition to the base hourly rate. Our reps average between $12 & $19 per hour based on profit and productivity. We also offer a great benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and 401k.
