## Description
_POSITION Overview:_
Responsible for supervising and maintaining secure inventory storage and control of materials into/out of the warehouse. Supervises warehouse personnel in tasks associated with storage, picking orders, shipping and receiving of equipment and supplies, as well as physical counts of the inventory to verify integrity. Ensure effectiveness of internal controls and identify opportunities for process improvement. Provide assistance in the administration and purchasing of assets along with the assessment of inventory data.
_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:_
Supervise warehouse personnel and oversee resources and processes related to work flow, training, safety and quality assurance including performance management.
Supervise and assist in maintaining inventory in a safe and secure warehouse; as defined by Supply Chain Policies/Procedures and Sarbanes Oxley Documentation.
Oversee the processing of inbound receipts, picking and staging materials, preparing inventory for shipments, and performing cycle counts ensuring perpetual records are updated and backup documentation is available for audit purposes.
Oversee the monitoring and/or maintenance and communicates inventory levels based on usage or project forecast.
Audit and implement Company internal control policies, procedures.
Serve as liaison among Accounting, System Operations, Regional and System management personnel.
Maintain accurate record keeping systems; oversee the preparation and maintenance of information and correspondence.
Contribute to the sale and disposal of obsolete equipment.

Qualifications:_
3-5 years experience Warehouse experience
0-1 years experience inventory or warehouse application experience
0-1 years supervisory or lead experience
_EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION & LICENSES:_
High School Diploma or equivalent or equivalent work experience
May require the ability to safely operate a forklift and to comply with company forklift safety certifications
May require a valid driver's license
_WORKING CONDITIONS:_
Warehouse environment
Exposure to dust, fluctuating indoor temperatures, and periodic high noise levels
_PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
_ Ability to bend/squat/kneel
Ability to lift 40-60 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs
Ability to safely use weight-bearing equipment (such as gaffs, safety harness and ladders) within the maximum weight limitations of that equipment
