Slitter Helper Reports to:
Plant Manager Documotion Research, Inc.
makes sticky labels that are used to tag drive-thru and to-go orders from national, regional, and local restaurants on narrow-web, specially-engineered flexography presses.

Responsibilities Learn Documotion's specific slitting process and machinery Assist with boxing of product and pallet construction Train to become a Slitter Operator at Documotion Assist with weekly deep cleaning of the coating line Watching/maintaining slitter during operator breaks/lunches General upkeep of slitter area Assist with slitter logs and documentation for processing Excellent attendance & work ethic Qualifications High school diploma High degree of attention to detail Able to pass drug test/background check Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, and walk during the course of the shift Physically able to lift at least 50 pounds Able to work independently Ability to complete simple math (addition, subtraction, reading a tape measure & scales) Work Schedule Monday-Thursday, four 10-hour shifts Occasional Friday overtime depending on production needs Compensation/Benefits $18.
00/hour plus night shift differential of $1.
00 Monthly bonus of $1.
00-$2.
00/hour worked from the previous month based on company and individual performance Medical Benefits o Documotion will provide Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits after 60 days of employment in good standing, at the standard employee level of coverage.
401(k) o After 1 year of service, eligible to join in the company 401(k) Plan.
Currently, the company is matching all employee contributions up to 5% of salary.
Vacation and Holidays o Documotion provides Holiday pay for 8 holidays per year, plus an additional day on your Birthday.
